Using the Clinimax Prodigy platform, TILs from a lung tumor were expanded to a clinically grade, 99% pure T-cell product in 14 days. Parse’s Evercode TCR split-pool barcoding then characterized cell types, proliferation, and paired TCR alpha-beta clonotypes at single-cell resolution. The integrated workflow helps assess purity, diversity, and tumor-reactive clonotypes before infusion, enabling better optimization of TIL therapies across patients and cancer types.
