The video explains how to resubmit “no match” claims. Start in the Pre-Add Match Queue and open the No Match tab. Choose how many claims you want to resubmit, then click <strong>Regenerate Pre-Add Claims</strong>. Before resubmitting, you can edit claim details—such as name, address, or debt information—directly in the interface. Add the updated claim back to your queue, and the next no match claim will appear for review. After repeating the process, the resubmitted no match claims will appear on the home page in the queue, where you can select them for submission.
